Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pb888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pb888 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities that administer the services available at pb888.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by pb888.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the pb888 platform.
• "Platform" means the pb888 website accessible at pb888.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and associated services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all financial transactions on the pb888 platform for Bangladesh-based players are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credited amount that is not a cash deposit, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bet credits, and any other promotional credit awarded by pb888 at its discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 9 of these Terms that pb888 expressly forbids.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on pb888, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you create an Account or, in the absence of a formal registration, from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with pb888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pb888. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules published for an individual game, promotion, or tournament, the specific rules shall take precedence for that particular context only.

pb888 reserves the right to require you to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms following any material amendment. Continued use of the platform after notice of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the pb888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

7. You are not classified as a problem gambler by any self-assessment or third-party evaluation you have undertaken.

pb888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, birth certificates, or utility bills. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pb888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You undertake to update your Account information promptly whenever any of the submitted details change.

pb888 may, at any time and for any reason, require you to verify your identity before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• A selfie holding your identity document, as requested by the verification team

Account Security

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Deposits & Withdrawals

pb888 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your Account.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your pb888 Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank.

pb888 applies the following rules to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name, matching the verified identity on your pb888 Account.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pb888 offers:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific terms state otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the pb888 platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant product. Cricket betting markets, live casino games, slots, and fishing games each operate under separate rule sets published within the respective product area of the platform. These specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all pb888 products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pb888 will not reverse, void, or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances described within the product-specific rules (e.g., event abandonment, game malfunction).
• pb888 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds where a pricing error is demonstrably evident.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or slot session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and any wager returned to the player's cash balance.
• Winnings from slots, casino games, and fishing titles are credited to your Account balance immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.
• Cricket bet settlement follows the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, Board of Control for Cricket in India for IPL fixtures, ICC for international events).
• pb888's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet or game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the settlement date by contacting pb888 support via live chat or email. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pb888 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including cash and bonus balances), and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one pb888 Account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated staking, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money laundering: Using pb888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in connection with illegal activity. pb888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players or live casino dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 21.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pb888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

pb888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pb888 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pb888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability — particularly during major cricket events such as BPL finals and ICC T20 World Cup matches — temporary downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may close your pb888 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

pb888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• pb888 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in, or are engaging in, Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Your Account is involved in or connected to a fraud, money laundering, or collusion investigation.
• You have breached any material provision of these Terms.
• pb888 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

In cases of termination for cause, pb888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld balance will be returned promptly.

Amendments to These Terms

pb888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pb888 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying a notice upon your next login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the pb888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pb888 platform, pb888 encourages you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution.
